About Speedy
Speedy is the fastest mouse in all of Mexico. He helps out his empovrished friends by steeling cheese for them from the local cheese factory (on the Mexican-American border). As such he is constantly being chased by Sylvester the Cat who is the security guard at the factory. But because of his speed and wit, Speedy always outruns and outsmarts "El Gringo Pussygato".
His Characteristics

- He speaks with a strong Mexican accent and has cool sayings like "Ándele! Ándele! Arriba! Arriba!"
- He wears a white shirt and trousers, a red kerchief and an oversized yellow Sambrero
